Coastal Bliss Boutique Hotel
As part of a comprehensive course assignment, I collaborated with a team of 8 to envision, design, and market a fictitious mid-modern style hotel in Miami, targeting the Millennials & Gen Z demographics, predominantly from the Northeastern USA.
I conducted in-depth research into competitors, identified the target market's preferences, gauged external factors, and strategically positioned our hotel to appeal to the chosen demographics.
My team got the highest score, with 98/100.

Comprehensive Analysis of Boys and Girls Club of Massachusetts: A Strategic Overview and Recommendations
As part of the New Product Development course, I conducted an in-depth analysis of the Boys and Girls Club, a leading nonprofit organization in Massachusetts committed to empowering young individuals through education and development programs. This assignment was part of a larger team effort to understand various organizations supporting malnourished children in Massachusetts.

Market/Industry Analysis: Explored the nonprofit sector, focusing on children's welfare and education. Identified key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Organizational Objectives: Delved into the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of the Boys and Girls Club, analyzing their efficacy and alignment.
SWOT Analysis: Evaluated the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to provide a holistic view of its operations and impact.
Marketing & Fundraising: Assessed the Boys and Girls Club's approach to marketing and fundraising, including key strategies and performance indicators.
Strategic Recommendations: Offered actionable recommendations for improving organizational performance and achieving strategic goals.
Collaboration Opportunities: Proposed potential partnership strategies with Sodexo, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes to enrich community well-being.
The project was submitted in a well-structured written report, accompanied by a verbal presentation of key findings to the team. I received a score of 92/100, reflecting the thorough research, insightful analysis, and clear communication skills demonstrated throughout the assignment.
